Is Your Tummy Telling You Something?

By: Dick

Y'know, many of us have lost the ability to listen to what our body is trying to tell us and we put our faith in the medical establishment blindly. They don't have all the answers. If you are feeling bloated, tired, apathetic and you just feel like laying down and giving up then this could be your body hinting to you that you should sit up and take notice.

Ignoring these internal warning signs can lead to disastrous consequences. You should listen to your body and if you suspect you have problems with your digestion your first port of call should be a qualified medical practitioner. Treatments such as a herbal colon cleanse can probably help you but you should always check it out with your doctor first just in case it is anything very serious.

Through the digestive system and through assimilation, physiological processes take up food, liquids and gases to support human life. The pathological process, on the other hand, because the conditions for nutrition are ignored, reverses the up-building processes having the effect of putting undue strain on the organs which, if left unchecked, can result in premature ageing and ultimately death.

Many of today's societies have become obsessed with cleanliness. Germs and bacteria are everywhere and whilst exposure to bacteria is not a bad thing in and of itself since it allows our immune systems to build up resistance, it's easy to allow oneself to become exposed to levels of bacteria which can be harmful. Decomposition, putrefaction and fermentation processes don't delay in taking hold. Bacteria breed and spread like wildfire just waiting to infect us. The decomposition of foods left standing can be likened to the decomposition of food in the stomach, the small intestine and the colon. It's not all that different. Decomposition, putrefaction and fermentation all occur if undigested food is allowed to sit in the digestive system. With our current fondness for garbage junk food many of us will find we have this undigested waste hanging around in our system essentially poisoning us! Many hundreds of thousands of people worldwide have benefited from regular colon cleansing and you probably could too...
